Our accommodation
Six cosy guest rooms and a spacious penthouse suite with plenty of privacy. Wi-Fi throughout the house and parking at the guesthouse are free of charge.
Room 2
Spacious double room, ideal for couples or small families â with the option of an extra bed. Private large bathroom with shower, WC and two washbasins, a small seating area, TV and view of the greenery. Available for single or double occupancy. Breakfast is included.

Room 6 · Small holiday apartment
Spacious double room with private bathroom (shower, two washbasins), separate WC, a cosy seating area and a small dining table. Small kitchen with fridge, sink, two hotplates and crockery, TV and valley view. Available for single or double occupancy; an extra bed is also possible. Your dog is welcome by prior arrangement for an additional charge. Breakfast is included.
Suite
Spacious penthouse suite over two floors: fully equipped kitchen on request, a large living area with sofa, armchairs and TV, a small children's room, a bedroom with TV, two sofa beds and a large bathroom with shower, WC, bathtub, bidet and two washbasins. Panoramic valley view and direct lift access.
Breakfast and extras
Breakfast is included for Rooms 1â6; the penthouse apartment is available with or without breakfast and with an optional kitchen. Extras such as a cot, extra bed, dog or garage can be selected in the booking form. For taxable stays, Klingenthal's guest tax is charged separately: âŹ2.00 per person aged 14 or over per day of stay; arrival and departure count together as one day. Children aged 13 or younger are exempt; further exceptions are governed by the municipal rules. As a general rule, guests register and pay through WELCMpass no later than their arrival date. Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Please arrange different times with us in advance.
Breakfast
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 10:00; weekends and public holidays from 08:00 to 11:00. Please tell us about allergies or food intolerances in advance.
Wi-Fi and parking
Wi-Fi throughout the house and designated parking spaces at the guesthouse are free. One garage space is available for an extra charge, subject to availability.
Service and refreshments
Towel changes, extra pillows or blankets and room cleaning are available on request. A welcome bottle of water awaits you in your room; other drinks and snacks are available to purchase.
Children and dogs
Please mention any cot or extra-bed requirements in your enquiry. Dogs are allowed in Room 6 by prior arrangement for an extra charge. Please discuss any other pet requests with us in advance.
Consideration for fellow guests
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 help everyone enjoy a restful stay.
